 Eligibility 

The free 30-minute consultation is available to new clients who are interested in our tax resolution services. It is limited to one session per individual or business. Existing clients are not eligible for this offer. 

Purpose of the Consultation 

The free consultation is intended to provide general guidance and information about your tax situation. It is not a comprehensive tax review or an agreement to provide ongoing services. The discussion will focus on understanding your tax problem, explaining potential solutions, and determining how JL Buttonow CPA PLLC can assist you. 

No Obligation 

The consultation is free of charge, and you are under no obligation to purchase any services following the call. However, additional services or extended consultations beyond the 30 minutes will be subject to fees as outlined in any subsequent agreements. 

 Scheduling 

Consultations are by appointment only. You must schedule your consultation through our online contact form or by contacting us directly. Appointments are subject to availability, and JL Buttonow CPA PLLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments at its discretion. 

Rescheduling or Cancellation 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up for your scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of your free consultation offer. 

No Legal or Tax Advice 

The free consultation is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. Any information provided during the call should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal or tax advice tailored to your specific circumstances. 

 Limitation of Liability 

JL Buttonow CPA PLLC and its representatives will not be held liable for any actions taken or decisions made based on the information provided during the free consultation. You agree to hold JL Buttonow CPA PLLC harmless from any claims or damages arising from the use of the information shared during the call. 

Confidentiality 

We respect your privacy and will keep any information shared during the consultation confidential. However, the free consultation does not establish an attorney-client or accountant-client relationship. Any sensitive information should be provided with caution, and full protection of your confidential data may only be established once a formal engagement letter is signed. 

Modifications to the Offer 

JL Buttonow CPA PLLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free 30-minute consultation offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms will be reflected on our website.
